Do you add or subtract a half point when the line is an even number?

    Do you add or subtract a half point when the line is an even number?

    If the line opens at 3 (or 7 or any whole number)  and never moves then a half point is added.

    If the line opens at 2.5 then moves up to 3 and stays there, Then we use the highest half point the game was ever at which would be 2.5.

    THE  half pt is added so we have winners and losers otherwise we would have all ties
